Introduction of Trumsense STT-93420I Submersible Fuel Level Transmitter:
It can throw into medium directly, the installation and use is quite convenient, solid structure, no moving parts, high reliability, long service life, from water, oil to the viscosity of the paste can be high-precision measurement, not subject to the measured medium foaming, deposition, electrical characteristics of the material fatigue wear, vibration.
Working Principle of STT-93420I Submersibe Liquid Level Transmitter:
It adots the principle of static pressure measurement
When the liquid level transmitter is put into a certain depth in the measured liquid, the pressure formula of the sensor facing the liquid level is :
P = ρ.g.h + P0
In this formula :
P : Pressure on the sensor facing the liquid level
ρ : Liquid density to be measured
g : local gravity acceleration
P0 : Atmospheric pressure at liquid level
H : Sensor depth into the liquid
The pressure signal sensed by the sensor is amplified by circuit conversion and output as a standard signal after compensation.

Installation Examples of Trumsense STT-93420I Submersible Fuel Level Transmitter:
a: Direct installation :
The transmitter is directly put into the measured liquid, and the cable terminal is connected to the distribution box.
b: Flange installation:
1. Put the gas-conducting cable into the cable fixed flange.
2. Put transmitter into the measured liquid, adjust the input depth, lock the cable
3. Fix the mounting flange.
4. Cable terminal connected to the distribution box.
Note : Cable fixed flange needs to be purchased separately.
c. Cable hanger installation :
1. Cable hanger fixed to the installation surface.
2. The transmitter is put into the measured liquid.
3. gas guide cable through the cable fixed hanger to adjust the input depth, locking cable fixed hanger.
4. Cable terminal connected to the distribution box.
Note : Cable fixed hangers need to be purchased separately.
