Trumsense XKC-C362A-3P high and low level water level controller has 3 XKC-Y26A-V probes ,realizing the liquid level control and motor idling protection functions: when the liquid level of the container is too low, the low liquid level alarm signal issued by the low liquid level sensor is triggered to trigger the C352 controller to close the relay to start the water pump to add liquid level, and when the liquid level reaches a certain height, the high liquid level sensor sends a signal to trigger the C352 controller to disconnect the relay and automatically stop the water pump from working, so that the cycle works.In order to realize the function of automatic control of the liquid level of the container and keep the liquid level of the container stable.The idling protection function of the water pump is also added. When there is no water at the inlet, the 20 S automatically disconnects the water pump to pump water to protect the water pump.
1. Working Principle of Trumsense XKC-Y26A-V ( 5 to 24V ) Non Contact Liquid / Water Hose Level Sensor or Detector :
Intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor produced by Shenzhen Trumsense Technology Co.,Ltd. uses the inductive capacitance of water to detect whether there is liquid. When there is no liquid approaching the sensor, due to the presence of distributed capacitance on the sensor, there is a certain static capacitance on the ground of the sensor. When the liquid level slowly rises and approaches the sensor, the parasitic capacitance of the liquid will be coupled to the static capacitance, so that the final capacitance value of the sensor becomes larger, the changed capacitance signal is then input to the control IC for signal conversion, the changed capacitance is converted into a certain amount of change in electrical signal, and then a certain algorithm is used to detect and judge the degree of this change, when this change exceeds a certain threshold value. There is no need to open holes in the non-metallic container, the installation is simple, and the production is not affected.It can realize the detection of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis and the liquid levels of various liquids in high-pressure airtight containers.The liquid level sensor has no special requirements for the material of the liquid medium and container, and can be widely used.

Note: As the temperature increases, the viscosity decreases, and most high-viscosity liquids are more significantly affected by temperature. Therefore, when measuring viscous liquids, pay attention to the influence of liquid temperature.

High and low level output drive small relay (coil current≤100mA) working principle:
a. Positive output when the black line is floating or connected to a high level:
When the liquid is sensed, the transistor is turned off and the output is high, and the relay is powered off and does not absorb; when the liquid is not sensed, the transistor is turned on and the output is low, and the relay is energized and absorbs.;
b. When the black wire is grounded (connected to the negative electrode of the power supply 0V), it is the reverse output:
When the liquid is sensed, the transistor is turned on and the output is low, and the relay is energized and sucked in; when the liquid is not sensed, the transistor is turned off and the output is high, and the relay is powered off and does not suck in.;
